Maybe life is just a gamble. How its going is like how dare you bet. You bet higher, you may lose it all in one game. If you play like a small little kid, you won't get a good payback anytime. You may have a lot of chances, but someday you will noticed that you won't have any option in some specific cases. You have to do because you have to do. Some people think that study is everything in their life. Absolutely. We live, we study, we learn. That's how we spend our lifetime. We have to be appreciated that we are lucky enough to have textbooks to study. Moreover these government textbooks are free of charge.(Although we have to return at the end of the year) Unlike somebody who are unlucky. Whom come to this world just to witness a bloody war and then stay in peace forever after the scene.

Well today i am a little bit unusual as i went to the library during my recess hour to search for reading material. Was looking for Charmed. And i borrowed it. I noticed that the story is quite boring so i returned it after my tuition classes, at around 4 pm plus. Spend around 20 minutes at the library. Found an interesting book entitled Making Friends. Well i am proud to say that i have no problem in social life but still i wanted to know more about those whom having trouble in communication. Not bad. The language level is not too high, there's not much unknown vocab to me.'The greatest love of all is to love yourself before you love anyone else.' Thumbs up and totally agree. We need to be confidence for what we have done or what we are going to be done. Anyway, for those who lack of confidence may need more effort to develop their own one. You will found it, it's just a matter of time.



Well what does it mean with a good leader? A good leader is to monitor not to do. It means a good leader don't have to do everything himself but order his group member to help. This statement is totally not well accepted by anyone today. 'A good leader supposed to do major things himself and left minor one for his member'. That's what we hear everyday. I can't say it is wrong but our attitudes is slightly bend towards the negative one. Irresponsibility.

Yesterday lucky i have chance to witness the conversation between the 'great' leaders of Scout Master Council. I don't really want to figure out their names. Here i use alphabets to represent their names. Think and substitute yourself.

A was asking B to let him to join the council. B declined. I can't really hear what B told A earlier but slightly i can understand that B was telling A that he don't want to make a wrong decision. The conversation ended. B was joining for another conversation with C, D, E, F and lastly me. C was going to leave the council as he is not satisfied with G reputation. G is good in planning and maintaining but C thinks it was a little bit too good and G is not accepting anyone idea. He use his own idea, make a decision his own and never had a meeting before. Although there is a meeting, the final decision is totally different with the one that made in the meeting. Suddenly D voice out his opinion. 'We are not boy court-ing G, we were trying hard to co-operate with him for the past 4 activities. Everytime i ask him what form 5 committee can do, he ask us to help. Help what? What to help in a Keahlian course?' B asking us to give him a chance. And start telling his thought on G. 'Without G i guess a lot of the test will not be completed, or even carried out. He is helpful in this case. Even myself can do nothing for the sake of the troop. I bet you too.' He then look at me. Silent for a while. Then E and F start their very first sentence. 'Is that too hard for you to give him a chance?' C:'I did try to convince myself to, but he is not listening to anyone idea. I feel sick, i am going to leave.' E and F again,'Okay, for G's case we will try to communicate with him, now lets talk about A.' C give an example,'You said you want give him a chance, and then fired him whenever he did something wrong right? If your the boss, now you hire a worker which is blacklisted by everyone. You ignored and still hiring. One day he stole your asset and then only you fire him, you still the loser.' B thinking deeply to what C have said. Immediately B start a new topic. About the leadership. He said us, i mean the committee is not doing our duty properly. Just simply do because we have to do. Not for the sake of the troop. I leave.

Bear in mind what Mr B have said. Well he did his job well in the past few years. But until today, the member is no longer the same with the past. They can't even taste the bitterness of life. Not even an hour of scout activity. Suddenly my mind pop up the words Giant said in the meeting last time. I can't remember in Training Camp or Cub Scout Training Camp. 'Although the senior punish us deadly, we are willing to received the punishment.' For them who lived in the past they think this is a normal thing but for us, sounds ridiculous. This is what happen. The skills used in the past is not suitable for the situation today.

Why am i wasting my time on this. I am not going to do anything more than attending the formal activity. I did my job maybe not so well, at least i tried. I am better than anyone else who did not attending the activity and left your committees and members aside.



Keep thinking again for my career opportunity in future. Yesterday my dad advised me to take Architecture studies instead of Interior Design. In facts, Architecture studies can lead me to a higher job opportunity since it has a wider field of study. That's why it costs about 66k in ringgit for a course in UCSI.20k more expensive compared to Interior Design. I prefer interior design. But dad said architecture's studies includes interior design. So if i put my leg in interior design, i can't take the design for theme park, landscape and other open air landscape design. Conflict. I come out with a decision. Take the foundation of architecture studies in UCSI as UCSI offer both Architecture Technology and Interior Architecture after taken the foundation. But it cost 16k for a foundation. I don't think i can afford it. So can i get free tuition if i scored 10 A1 in SPM? I guess so, and hope so.



It was an ordinary day. Not enough rest time, fell asleep at middle of the night yesterday. Tiring. Slept well on the school bus. Got my Chinese and Malay paper. Scored 78 marks out of 100 for Chinese paper 2 and 61% in Malay subject. Not the worst but also not the best in the class. Wei Jie's Chinese essay was insane. Look into his essay, it gives you a feeling that totally shows his wide and mature point of view. Good job dude.

Staying at school for tuition class. Before that i take my time to visit our school library. Enjoy Mr Midnight. I lend it back and continue reading before the tuition class start. 'Dinosaur' ask for my Chemistry result. Feel shameful when i was telling her. Fell asleep during tuition. Sorry to the tutor but i really exhausted.



Went swimming again. Together with Jia Wei and Aik Keong. Reached at 4.30pm. It was a hot sunny day. Today is weekday, that's why the swimming pool looked quiet and dimmed. The water is clean enough. Seemed that it was just replaced. Now i am able to swim forward along the lane. A big satisfaction. So for the next time i will try to learn freestyle.

Received reply message from UCSI.There is no difference between interior design and interior architecture. They design living and working environments which increase the satisfaction, productivity and safety of people.' Awesome! This is no longer a conflict to me. I am now fully charged of confidence, for my ambition.

Grandpa, dad and mum is not at home. They went to Kelantan. It was my hometown. Anyway i will go back and look for the difference made within this few years.Unfortunately, not now, after my SPM. I guess it is still the same since Kelantan is a place where those anti government association form. Mum promised to buy lots of mangoes for us. I love mango very much. There is a species of mango called 'kining' in Malay. I ask mum to buy that but she said dad can't afford that smell. That's true. Dad think that the smell of 'kining' is weird and he can't stand the smell even for a minute.Left me and sister at home. Bro went out for his homework. Maybe for his practical project or his duty at the dance studio. He loves to dance but my dad is not supporting him because my dad is a man who can't accept youth 'style'. Anyway i will try to make him to change his attitude on us.



Today it was a bad day for me. Got my science subjects paper. Both Biology and Chemistry obtained 'red' marks. I swear i will definitely never touch Bio and Chemistry textbook again right after my SPM. I heard Kar Xin (i don't really know how to spell her name) that she was made up her mind to change from Science Stream. Well i am going to leave Science too.

I borrowed a magazine from Mabel. I found that the university that i was aiming for, UCSI, does not offer a bachelor degree for Interior Design. After online checking, i noticed that they offer Interior Architecture instead of Interior Design. Does they make a lot of difference? I don't know. Will be waiting for reply message from UCSI. After i was reading the magazine, i decided to work 100 times harder to obtain a straight A result. Free tuition fee for the first year, man. Who do not care? Save up up to 25k for my programme. Yet i am too early to plan for my future, i should put more effort in my current studies.



Today is the first day we obtain our recent examination result. It was a little bit unusual to me. Little bit of nervous.

I got my English paper 2 result. As we thought, Mr Kong have not done with our paper 1. 'Mr Kong, can we get our paper 1 by today?' I was asking with a very soft voice. 'No way!' It then ended with silence. What the hell is this, i was just asked you and not forcing you to do anything neither, and now you come and show me your anger? Joshua did shoot him with a gentle way. Good job dude. He then come out with a not-very-good vocab. 'Shit!'. Truly disappointed with this guy.

Next I got my Physics'. It was just an okay result for me because i was aiming for a higher mark. I then try to argue with teacher for one mark in order to make my result look more colourful. Absolute zero! Haha, with my hard work i finally get an 80 for this subject. I wasted my 20 minutes extra to pursue her. Once i went into my classroom, Ooi kept my paper as my punishment. Well, Inn Thong told me about my Additional Mathematics result after i took my seat. Not very satisfied with this subject. Damn Cosine Rule, i was supposed to score that question but i left blank for it. Fortunately a consolation prize of one mark is given.

Mathematics! Getting excited. I was aiming high for this but the reality is, i am not qualify to score full marks. Few marks is deducted due to my carelessness. But still, i scored a colourful marks for this. Last period i got my History result. Still a nice one. Like I thought. Suddenly Gee Dien asked me whether i obtain my Moral or not. I searched for it. Oh my god, i got only 70+ because of a very tiny mistake, i didn't wrote the word 'nilai' for every question needed.

Tomorrow there will be an annual Sports Day. Feel bored of this kind of activities. But yet i still have to present because if i am absent, merit marks will be deducted (i guess).

Long long time ago it started. B was attracted by a project Z which can lead him to make a lot of gold and give him a better lifestyle. Z was delayed for a short period because C having financial problem. B tried so hard to help C in order to continue project Z because tonnes of efforts and golds had been thrown into the project. C is not going to give up. He tried his best to solve and finally made up his mind to get a loan from D. The project alive. Few weeks later, G cancelled his business and consequently vanished the project Z. D come back for his money. C have no money to pay. D is then take the assets from C's company as many as he could. The loan has not settled. C knows his mistake and took an Air Asia flight to V. C's house is attacked by D. C's family move to B's house to stay for a while. C's house and B's house is close so C's family decided to move to A's house. Due to some reasons, C's family is then migrate to E's house located at W. The story does not end here. B is now facing a big big trouble. He has thrown a large quantity of golds for Z. But now, since C quited from the game, B is going to in-charged. He have not much left. So he decided to borrow from F. First attempt in another project, Y, failed. Second attempt, failed. Third attempt, not much left to success so B is going to get more money. He knew that F have enough money to spare so he asked for help. Months and months later, bunch of golds is then thrown into B's project. H sells her car U and keep working hard to pay to B and F but C did nothing. B and F lose about RM xxx,xxx and a car T worth RM xx,xxx. The funniest thing is, from the start to the end, C has never think to pay B and F. C is the employer of B so B should be working for C. But since C makes B's life go suck of course B have to leave C right? F never never involved in neither project Y nor Z but F is the one who lose most. B try not to pay for C's lose but pay only for himself and F. This makes C and H feels guilty but at the same time, the relationship between them crashed.



Today i saw a TV programme and i noticed that the Master of Ceremony is doing well. So today i am going to talk about public speaking skills. I was looking for my own notes but the notes was lost. But still i will try my best to remember what the content is. Let me have a little bit introduction first. Public refer to a place or a spot where we can do anything we like and speaking refer to a type of communication between men through sound wave produced by your mouth and tongue.

Mostly teenagers find that public speaking is a kind of huge project. But actually it is all about your confidence. You must tell yourself that you are able to talk in front of people. The community teaches our next generation to be selfish and this results in the inability of men to speak. Teens can't speak spontaneously. The content have to be programmed before presented. Same thing happen in monthly oral test in major schools. They have to prepared well and at the time they present, every single word they memorize come out from their mind. Speaking should not be like that. See how you speak with your friend. You don't have to prepare you speech right? Do you memorize everything and then only you greet and say Hi to your friend? Speaking is an easy job. Easier than drinking water. What you have in your mind, just say it loud. Be confidence, be yourself.

Okay, once you find your confidence, its time to talk about content. Content is a very important aspect in public speaking. For example, you title is about men and you go and talk about women, totally different thing right? So you have to be careful while you are carrying out any points. One more thing, you don't have to programme a bunch of idea before you go for a speech. What you have to do is just look for a few major points that will support you own idea. Got it? Let me show you a little bit example.

'Today i am going to talk about a very interesting topic. Can money buy love? Some say yes and some say no. Well in my opinion, i think that money can't buy love. Well this come with a lot of evidence. For example....'

See it? You main idea is only whether you support the statement or not. It comes with a lot of little branches. Your job is to prove your perspective and gain support from your audience. But not to show what you have read and memorized in any journal.

Another main aspect that affect the presentation, is the way of speaking. If you speak softly, it doesn't matter if you are a female with an attractive looking, but if you are a male one, oh i am sorry i am gonna leave. Just take a deep look into my article. I used some 'delay' words to help myself while i am thinking for another statement. 'Well...','Alright...','Okay...','Next one...' These simple word really help, especially while you have no more idea to speak but at the same time you still have to continue your job. Be humble and humour is the key to success. If you speak a hundred of facts in you speech, make sure you have at least 20 jokes. Humour can last for a very long time and gain attention from your audience.

As I thought, St Mark's campfire was a bored event as usual. Doesn't mean that the event itself is boring but the situation sounds not too good. You know why? Because the most important aspect in such a huge event, i mean Sound System was in-charged by those i think is truly unprofessional. Guess who? Haha, it was Mr Shawn! The one who i had ask before for my own campfire. He have a not-too-good looking and not-too-good service with a not-too-bad price. As we know, cheap thing always have no good quality. I still remember the price he offered me last time, it was RM 1700 for whole set of the sound system including lighting and walkie-talkie. Luckily i didn't make up my mind to rent those things with him. For any member who had pay for his services, i just can't say anything other than 'Dude, take care...'.

Today i still watching a TVB drama which i don't know what is its English title. The content is all about how women survive in men's world. What's the difference between a male and a female boss, how to tolerate with your father, is it good if you go working outside and let your husband stay at home and how to remain a good relationship with your husband who aged 10 year smaller than you. Highly recommend female to watch this drama.

Being honest, i don't like to watch Taiwan's drama that take part by Taiwan's idols. I think that this type of drama is ridiculous and its kind of wasting time watching this drama. Like my sister, she loves to watch this type of drama, i mean 'idols' drama, and now she is about living in her own life. Those dramas have a very creative content but it is unreal. It gives chance to those teens to dream. Dream about what? Dream about anything. Cars, Condominiums, Cash and Benz, Bungalow... Fantasy. We must have a dream at least one but teenagers today, please stop chasing those impossible things. Face the reality, for the dream that will never comes true, get rid of it. Do things which supposed to do. Study well, work hard and then only you play hard.

Today my dad come back little bit earlier so i have more time to spend on this article. Next i would like to share about my dream house. Since it is too early to think about house, i will start with my own bedroom. So in future time, i will make myself a corner for musical instrument. I am eager to learn more instrument including piano, drums plus, upgrade my guitar playing skill. Next i will set up a relaxation mini-bar where i can enjoy my champagne or whisky after a period of hard work. My bed will be a multipurpose cushion where i can close my eyes right after watching a 30'' LCD or plasma TV screen. And i will try to make my room an open air one if i do have enough money left. Though this is not really important to me. And the key to make all those things happen, is to become a professional interior designer. If possible i would like to do these decorative accessory with my own hand. It will be truly interesting and exciting.

This is what i saw everyday on the screen of TV. What can i do in my daily life to save our mother earth? What should i do to save the environment? What can i do to save the next generation? So now this is a chance, just simply turn off your light on the specific date mentioned above. When i told my parents, guess what they said. They said this is a good programme, an awareness to the people. And when i tell others, 'Oh god, what you are doing can't save the environment, your effort are too small, no one cares!'. This is the reality, everyone is just too materialistic. No one is saving the environment. From my primary education, saving the environment is only the job for those millionaire. You have no money, you can't save the environment. And even you have the heart to do so, you have no supporter. Well the environment is getting worser and worser now. Have you seen how a polar bear survive in north pole? It's time for us to do something. If you know Daughtry, check out his What About Now music video. We have to do something, before its too late. Actually its late now. So if you standing still there and just doing nothing, you truly have no heart. If you are able to sit in front of your monitor and reading my post, please think about what you have done to hurt the earth. I know everything we doing now is not in the right way. Using detergents, shampoos and those chemical product everyday, the waste flowing back to the pacific ocean and men still dare to take the fish into your mouth. We have to take one step forward, starting from 28th March 2009, please turn off your light for an hour.



Not sure going St Mark or not. If going, there must be as bored as usual. Campfire for me is no longer a special event. After our own campfire, i feel like whenever we joining scouting event is just to show ourselves are responsible leaders of the troop. No one enjoy this type of life, especially for men or guy. Luckily i still found something that is interesting and is able to fill my holiday spaces for a while. Its swimming and blogging!

21th century, why are the scouting skills is still be taught? Koko: 'Scouting is just for fun, marching for what?', Titi: 'I mean IF, if there is an accident, how are you going to solve?' and lastly Aik Aik, 'Eh, lets go for breakfast!' What the heck is this, huh? If you think you can make this without us, then u go ahead, don't ask us to do this and that. You are the superhero in front of them, so you won't be wanting us to interupt you, right? So let me say something, if you don't respect us, don't expect anyone to respect you.



Justin sms-ed me. 'Simon, feel free to play PS II?'. So i went to his house about 12 something. And we played few action games and about an hour later, Sebastian reached and we start playing Need For Speed. Next, Justin gave me an idea to go for swimming in the evening. Actually he had been planned with Shiong Yirk and others, just tell me in time. Trying to join them yet i don't have my own transport. The decision came out, Sebastian and I were going to take on bus to jetty and there we have motorcycle to fetch us heading to the swimming pool. On the bus, Sebastian noticed that he was leaving his swimming trunk at home. I quickly ask him to call Shiong Yirk immediately. Luckily Shiong Yirk have another one.

Upon reaching the swimming pool, i did my warm up exercise and next i jump into the pool. I tried to swim smoothly like Justin and Sebastian did. Shiong Yirk swimming skill improved so we all together 4 member swim in lane. About 100m the lane i guess. For the very first time, i feel a little bit scared, actually scare of nothing. But again and again, i get it. I can swim smoothly without fear. And totally enjoying the life in the pool. And lastly Wei Chien, he did swim well but i guess he is just lack of self confidence like i used to be last time.

I would like to thank Shiong Yirk for fetching me home. As we know Seberang Jaya is quite a distance from Sungai Dua. But then Shiong Yirk let me tell u, your helmet is quite hurting.. =,=




Today it was a normal holiday. Not much different as usual. I was watching The Amazing Race. Teams were flying to Brazil to achieve their goals. They had been working so hard, what they aiming high are the champion of the race, not because of the money but the experience they both gain in the race. So i would like to join this race after i got my money support from my own career maybe after 10 or 20 years later.

I went to Mr Chan's tuition class. we discuss a little bit about the recent Additional Mathematics paper. It was sucks to me. But it was still okay compared to the Chemistry paper. Chemistry was totally crap. The reality is, the exam is passed. So I should look forward, to the SPM. I would never try to break my own future with this official paper so i swear, i would do anything, of course legally, to achieve my own target, to the UCSI university college for Bachelor of Interior Design. Back to Additional Mathematics paper, Mr Chan said it was the easiest paper he set before. He's lying for sure. Or kidding. But then, like Ms Chan, my Chemistry subject and also form teacher said, 'Easy is to judge others' mistake, difficult is to show our own mistake.' Totally make sense. Although it is too straight to the point.

What if i go for art foundation straight after my SPM? Or what if i go for insurance, which is STPM for one and a half year first? Or hopefully i am qualified for Matriculation? Those courses have their own benefits and make myself confused and totally having conflict between those choices. I don't like STPM because via Form 6 i am forced to study those subjects which i think is not very useful for my future life as my ambition is to be a interior designer. Going STPM or A level, i can ensure my future tertiary study, which is to be in local or foreign. But doing Foundation, i can go for my dream earlier than others, this is what i am wishing for. Matriculation? Only for local and government university, and my only choice after matriculation, is USM. Hell, i can't think much for my future. But i can't stop worry about.

I love to do something after a well preparation. This is how i live my life. Thinking for more than twice, worry about those simple things, and keep practising myself to solve any possible problem that will potentially happen. Like Mr Timbaland said, 'This is just the way you are.' You can choose anything anyhow to live your own life but do not regret after making decision.

Yesterday i was watching the Asia top one talking show -- The Duke. The topic of the day was "Is 30 a new 20?". This is a good topic to see especially for those kids who wanting to be an adult. The content is about why 30 is a new 20 especially for man? In my opinion, in 20 most of us are still studying hard for tertiary education so most probably you are spending your 20 in colleges. Even you are not studying tertiary, you come out working, you have no enough economic support. So until 25, you finished your study and then only you start to take part in this community. So after 5 years time maybe you have already 3c or 5c in your life. So in conclusion, 30 is a new 20 for me.
